This is a CHARITY TOURNAMENT with part of your entry fee returned to Arizona, California/Hawaii, Nevada and Utah for their states Major Project Fund. The other main reason is to have FUN, FUN, FUN, !!!!!!!!!!!!!
We will be playing during the week on a Tuesday (6/12) and Wednesday (6/13). Check in will be Monday the 11th. If you want to play Monday, check in on Sunday.
Hotel accommodations will be at the Casa Blanca for $44.78 (includes tax), double occupancy. Make your reservations at the Casa Blanca at 1-877-438-2929. Identify your self’s using Mesquite Elks Charity Golf Tournament Group #16903 when making reservations.
It will be a 6:30 shotgun both days. One day at Casa Blanca and the next day at Conestoga. Total price for golf, and food, is $170.00. Scoring will be by handicap, with flights depending on the number of players. No more than 10 strokes between partners.
There will be a buy in forone mulligan on the front and for one on the back for each day. Closest to the pin is, one on the front and one on the back each day for men and ladies. Buy in for Mulligan’s is $20.00 for both days. Entry Fee includes closest to Pin.
Play at the Casa Blanca will be a 2 person scramble; and play at Conestoga will be a 2 person shamble.
There will be a welcome party/check-in at the Mesquite Lodge #2811 Monday from 2-6 p.m. On Tuesday, lunch will be served from 11:30 – 1PM and there will be a steak dinner at the lodge (5:00-7:00 PM). On Wednesday, is the awards luncheon buffet at the Lodge starting at 12:00 Noon. All of these meals are included in the entry fee.
Please make your plans to attend now. Play is limited to the first 144 PAID golfers.
ENTRY FEE IS $170.00 PER PLAYER. ADD $30.00 FOR WIFE OR NON-GOLFING COMPANION; INCLUDES WELCOME PARTY, TUESDAY LUNCH, TUESDAY STEAK DINNER AND WEDNESDAY LUNCHEON BUFFET.
DRESS CODE: Shirts with collars, no cutoffs and soft spikes required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL SCORE CARDS TO BE TURNED IN AT THE ELKS LODGE ONE HOUR AFTER FINISHING ON EACH DAY. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR PARTNERS SCORE CARD.
